Arinya are Limited Edition pets meaning that their species is rare and limited. You cannot create a limited edition pet but you can earn them through the game. You need to complete 30 levels in the Penitentiary Mission in Vortex Park to get one, which asks for Photos to be placed in your Photo Album.
