Account Upgrades/Sets & Offers

Account Upgrade Sets are premium prize packs named and themed after the Costume that it comes with.

History

Although what players know now as Account Upgrade Sets have technically been around since the site's inception, they were formerly offered alongside Bronze (for battling) and Silver (for clothing) AUs, with AU sets (at the time) being referred to as Gold AUs until May 2019 with the new Spring AU Set, with the Bronze and Silver AUs fading away around 2014 in favour of Treasure Chests.

Prizes

Along with said costume, each AU set comes with seven new themed items, 25,000MP in Hotel/Prison/Hospital Credit, the Account Upgrades Trophy, and a choice between an Enchanted Plushie or a Potion of a certain pet that comes in the costume of the AU set. There is a 1-in-3 chance of receiving a limited edition/restricted pet instead of a standard one with each set. Once the user purchases three of the same AU set, they are guaranteed at one limited edition/restricted pet. (Prior to 2016, the user had to send a Support Ticket to staff after purchasing three AUs for a free swap, which was limited to one AU per player.)

The main prize is the Staff of the Monster, which is currently the strongest healing weapon.

20th May 2014 - Alien Account Upgrade

The main prize is a new Alien Blaster, currently the strongest attack weapon!

The Alien Account Upgrades and the Vixen Potions in the AU Shop will both retire October 8th.

6th June 2014 - Chibi Account Upgrade

Remember, the Chibi Account Upgrades will retire January 21st. The Chibs will not be in Account Upgrades again until 2016!

27th July 2014 - Daylight and Moonlight Account Upgrades

The Decadal is MaraPets' newest pet and is restricted. As MaraPets is almost a decade old, this pet will be so rare that it is only released once a decade.

These Account Upgrades will retire after MaraPets' Birthday events!

24th October 2014 & 3rd December 2022 - Poison Account Upgrade

The main prize is the Poison Pit Treasure Map. Complete it for lifetime access to the Poison Pit. This set is on sale until August 16th.
