Description: The Murfin is a standard mouse pet that has been very popular since the site's opening. It has been featured in many features around Marada, such as: Undying Minipets, the Cheese Shop, and Shusan (the crazy Chibs lady who lives in a boot). Additionally, when wearing certain costumes, such as Cheese, Lightning, Pampered, Witch, Super Hero, and Cartoon, the Murfin pays homage to popular depictions of mice.

Revamp: The Murfin was originally rather slender for its species. In July 2012, it was redrawn to look more akin to real-life mice, and in 2017, was slightly redrawn to help it fit in with the current site artwork.

Official Description: Murfins love small, quiet spaces to hide in. If you adopt one of these pets, you must be very quiet if you want them to come out and play.

Trivia: "Murfin" may be a portmanteau of "murine" (relating to mice) and "vermin".
