Giftboxes are collectable items that are used to unlock new features, benefits and services that improve the user's experience on the site. The Seasonal Fairy also rewards the user for each giftbox they have collected.

- 16th April 2014
- Every Giftbox has been revamped and are now on sale in the new Giftbox Shop, rather than on the Account Upgrades page.
- The 'Transmogrification Time Giftbox' has been renamed to 'Transmogrification Repeat Giftbox'.
- A pop-up confirmation alert will now show up before buying a Giftbox to prevent accidental purchases.
- There is also a 'what does this do?' link for each Giftbox for users to easily see what each one does.
- The Giftbox section of every player's profile has been updated: it is now organised alphabetically, links back to the Giftbox Shop, and has a progress bar of how many they have collected.
- Finally, once a Giftbox is used and collected, the information boxes about them around the site will be removed.
- 11th October 2022:
- Once again, every Giftbox has been revamped.
- There is now a red tick next to any Giftbox already in the user's collection.
- This update was also used as an opportunity to release the most requested Giftboxes.
