Changes: Mad Scientist Costume

The Mad Scientist Costume is a retired costume that originated from the April 2011 Gold Account Upgrade and was brought back in May 2020 to have these pets help King Baspinar strike back at Queen Eleka with his Wacky Workshop. Mad Scientist pets wear lab suits, robot parts, gloves, and kooky goggles and hair - owing to a combination of their unusual/unsettling personality traits and the ambitious nature of their experiments that are so dangerous they are considered taboo outside Enpiah.
