Some fairies in Marada are unlike the fairies that most people are familiar with. Apart from the bodybuilding fairy Gigantic Fairy which encourages players to exercise and be in shape, the older fairies are mainly cunning, gruesome, and/or lazy; such the Decapitating Fairy, who occasionally cuts the heads off marapets, the Mean Fairy, who will kill your pet and mummify it, the Lazy Fairy, who is a greedy swindler, and the Dukka Fairy, who is a smuggler on the run.
On the bright side, here comes the newer fairies and mythical creatures who are acres nicer than the older variants; they encourage you and your pets to be in shape and reward you based on pet stats and collections. You may get collectibles, minipets, thousands of marapoints, avatars, and maybe even weapons from them. Check them out below!
Marapets Description: The Simerian Sundial is where time was first invented. The Mean Fairy realized that the light from the sun gave her all of her magical powers and that she could tell what time of day it from the position of the sun in the sky. At midday, when the sun was at its highest, she had the strongest power. Ever since Ziranek was invented, everything went digital and Maradans forgot all about her and the Sundial she invented. She slipped into a depression and now takes out all of her anger by killing innocent pets. You can sacrifice your pet to the Mean Fairy if you have a Mummy Doll that is the same species as your pet. She'll happily kill it and when she's done, she'll mummify your pet for you to stop it smelling so bad! It might just be a rumor, but if you are really, really, really lucky you may catch her in a good mood and she'll give you a Mean Fairy Doll too...
Additional Comments: This fairy lives in Simeria. You may get an avatar from this fairy if you sacrifice your pet to her. The Sundial Fairy was renamed the Mean Fairy to avoid confusion with the new Light Fairy.

She was bullied as a child, Big Bertha she's called, she was always bigger than the other fairies, so she decided to work out at the Gym every day until she was the strongest fairy. The Swindler will hide a random prize under one of her bins and then shuffle it. Follow the prize as she shuffles and each time you guess correctly, you will move to the next level. Alas, ever since the City of Marada was established, pets who break the law just go to prison, thus putting her out of a job. Select a pet to strap into her guillotine and see if you have the courage to trust her. Your pet can gain Charisma from risking injury. If the Decapitating Fairy is happy, she may also reward you (25,000MP or Decapitating Fairy Doll).
However, remember, if she is in a really bad way, your pet could lose its head and turn into a Headless Pet! Level 67 or higher players have their pets protected from injury and will win a Headless Costume item instead.
