The last time it was released as part of an Account Upgrade was on New Year's Eve 2014 for the Tundra AU. To celebrate the Quell's final revamp on May 8th, 2016, random Quell Potions and Enchanted Quell Plushies went on sale a month later in the Account Upgrades Shop. These and all other Quell items automatically retired July 12th and the pet will not be on sale again until 2019. Official Description: The Quell loves rivers and is often found making dams in the Maradan reservoirs, unfortunately halting the water supply.
