The share price of each shop changes throughout the day, depending on the level of stock, number of customers, weather, profit, events and other various factors. If a company goes bankrupt you will lose any MP invested in this company. You can buy shares in a company with a share price of 100MP or above and below 1,000MP. You can only make one purchase of shares every 3 hours. A purchase can be between 1 and 100 shares in one company. Shares cannot be sold within 2 hours of purchasing shares.
You may be lucky and win Free Shares randomly when you restock any item from a company's shop. Ex: You have won XX shares for being a loyal customer.
City Recession[]

With the recent bankruptcy of Trevor's Car Parts store in the City of Marada, the Maradan Bank has been reviewing some of the bad loans it has been providing to Maradan companies. News quickly spread to Puchalla Village where panic selling of shares has reached the Maradan Stock Market. The Stock Market has now collapsed, with shares in all companies down and selling at -1,000MP per share! Shares in Car Parts are down -1070.9%!

Credit markets have been going into freefall and the Stock Market has totally collapsed with no sign of any immediate rebound. In the latest outlook on the Maradan economy, analysts predict a deepening recession that will affect the rest of Marada if the City doesn't do anything about it soon!
13th March 2011[]
It has been over three months since the Stimulus Package that King Baspinar announced went into action and there has been a lot of changes to the economy of the City of Marada. The Stock Market is now back at normal value when the companies first floated on the market - a good time for you to go and invest!
All Stock Market shares in any Vortex Park shop went bankrupt when the Tornado hit.

24th March 2006 - Shares that you buy automatically sell for their current price after 7 days afterwards if you haven't already sold them.
29th April 2007 - The Stock Market has a brand new look!
15th November 2009 - It has been completely reprogrammed and all previous glitches and problems have been fixed. We also changed the way it works. Shares can go up and down randomly throughout the day or week. You can sell your shares whenever, but if you do not sell them within one month, they will automatically sell themselves no matter what their value is.
28th July 2014 - The Stock Market now allows you to invest in any of the shops in Marada. They have both been integrated better, with the share price now showing on each shop and the sales/profit trends of each shop now changing the share price more. We have also removed the auto-sell of shares after 30 days and stopped the share price from going into negative.
20th April 2017 - After many months of improvements the Stock Market is now back! There have many many changes, such as:
Shares in a company cannot be sold within 2 hours of purchasing new or additional shares in this company.
There is a new 'Stock Market News' letting you know of all the changes in share prices throughout the day.
Any shares you held in the old version of the Stock Market were automatically refunded at the value you originally paid for them.

After a company has gone bankrupt, you will be notified in the news when the company has recovered and has shares back on sale.
